Pricing Plan
The selected pricing plan, including kilometer limit and fuel terms, cannot be changed after the booking is confirmed.
Fuel Policy
If the car is returned with less fuel than when it was handed over, a flat refuelling service charge of ₹500 plus the actual fuel cost will be applicable to bring the fuel level back to the same level.
Tolls, Parking and Inter-State Taxes
All toll charges, parking charges, and inter-state taxes must be paid by the customer.
ID Verification
Please keep your original driving license or DigiLocker version of the license ready at the time of handover. Our executive will verify the driving license and ID proof before delivering the car. The details must match the booking information. If the required documents are not shown, the car will not be handed over and the booking will be treated as a late cancellation, with 100% of the fare payable. A printed copy of the driving license on paper will not be accepted. Additional documents may be requested in some cases for verification.
Pre-Handover Inspection
Before confirming the car handover, please inspect the vehicle carefully, including the fuel gauge and odometer, and approve the checklist only after full verification.
